Fresh tuna, prepared with care and kept in a fridge dedicated to tuna. A dram of whisky and a slice of tuna — reason enough to come early. It may sell out.

Every now and then, wild seafood such as oysters gathered by hand from the sea appears at the bar. No fixed day, no fixed menu — that is what makes it special.
